Point of View
Monetization is a product problem, not a finance problem. Most apps bolt it on last. The best ones design it in from day one.
Revenue-stage is where the real work starts. Getting to product-market fit is hard. Turning it into a business is harder.
The best investor on your cap table is someone who has done your job. Theory is cheap. Pattern recognition from operating is not.
The best operators don't scale by hiring more people. They scale by building systems that compound. AI makes that possible at a level that didn't exist two years ago.

A B2C app portfolio that thought they had no problems. Turns out the biggest growth came from areas nobody was looking at. We repositioned the offer, rebuilt acquisition, ran systematic in-app A/B tests, and reworked pricing from the ground up. The result: 2.6x MRR growth in 7 months.
